I began producing wood jewelry in 2010 with wood pendants and necklaces, Next were bangles and pendants followed by earrings. I love making bracelets because there are so many styles and techniques to employ in the design. With this piece I start with a oversized donut and shape the outer edges to a sharp edge. The I drill brass nails randomly into the wood and apply cooper paint and an oxidizer to achieve the patina.
