This unique round colored pencil Christmas Ornament will be a great addition to your family Holiday Tree Decorations and Christmas Celebrations I am able to make these wonderful holiday ornaments by casting a block of color pencils in resin. Once the casting is hard and set it is cut up to create the final size of the ornament. It gets sanded and I apply a layer of clear epoxy resin for a glossy protective finish. A one of a kind ornament exhibits wonderful colors from the tips of the pencils points.

Ask an adult what they see and they will not be able to tell you. When you say ” Colored Pencils” they will respond “Wow.” Ask a child and they know that they are color pencils. Who doesn’t like colored pencils? Everyone can relate back to their childhood and drawing with colored pencils.
Since I produce many items with colored pencils I thought it would be interesting to research the history of this art media. There is no mention of color pencils for anything other use than writing and drawing. Maybe someone will add their use for jewelry making on Wikipedia and your piece will become more valuable and I will be able to increase my prices.
